Arenosus

Arenosus (Ah-ren-o-sus) Or Aren for short, with a long "A" as in "Always"
Latin meaning: sandy, full of sand;
Symbol meaning: "Endless dunes"

So.... Aren was a line art for some time. He made a VERY good line art, and I was always concerned that I was going to ruin it if I tried to color it. But I just couldn't leave the poor guy unfinished... So I took a chance.

Aren is of the sand. He can control sand, and only sand. He is most comfortable wandering the desert and tends to stick to the inner reaches of the city with the lovely sunset. He loves to explore, and though he may be shy, loves company. He likes to sing old, wordless folk songs, though no one taught them to him. "I just came into existence knowing the songs." He would say to a curious companion. His colors consist of browns and tans, as well as some extra layers of fabric. He can go fast, but only for short bursts. But, if he is in the desert and surrounded by sand, he can manipulate the shifting sand to his will, and sail off without so much as a breath of air.

He is very good friends with the keeper of the wind barriers, Anima, the blind wayfarer.
